Wedgwood Black and White Jasperware
A framed Wedgwood black jasperware plaque featuring seven of the nine Muses, female Greek goddesses who were the embodiment and literal personifications of the arts and sciences.
The frame measures approximately 11 3/4 inches by 4 3/4 inches and the plaque measures approximately 10 3/4 inches by 4 1/4 inches.
The plaque is set into a wooden frame.
The plaque has been previously owned and is in very good condition. There are a few minor marks/scuffs to the frame as shown. However due to the framing of the plaque we are unable to see any Wedgwood marks and the plaque is a little loose in the frame.
