An Art Nouveau metal celery stand holder with grape decoration to each side.
This holder was originally designed to hold a cut glass liner (not included). A celery vase is type of glass tableware developed during the Victorian era, celery vases displayed celery as centerpieces during meals.
This holder could now be used with a vase to hold flowers or displayed as a decorative item.
The metal holder measures approximately 4 1/4 inches in diameter at the base and stands approximately 7 inches tall.
Please note this is stamped 128 to the base which appears to be the design number. I cannot locate any other makers marks.
The metal is tarnished as shown.
