Wedgwood Black and White Jasperware
A pair of Wedgwood handcut topaz glass goblets both with a black and white jasperware cameo on the front. One goblet features a bas-relief depicting Queen Elizabeth II and the other goblet features a bas-relief depicting Prince Philip. These goblets were issued for the Royal Silver Wedding 1947-1972.
The goblets measure approximately 3 3/4 inches in diameter and stand around 5 inches tall. Both goblets still have their Wedgwood sticker on their foot and both are etched "Wedgwood England" on their base. Only 500 of these pairs of goblets were originally produced.
The goblets are in very good condition however, there are a couple of small black marks to the Queen's cameo as shown. The goblets come with their original presentation box as shown but this is a little tatty. Also included is the original receipt from Alexander Clark Co. Ltd. of Fenchurch London dated 1974.
