A now hard to find “Strawberry Shortcake” collector plate designed by Jill Barklem from the "Brambly Hedge Recipe Plate Collection" produced by Royal Doulton.
The plate measures approximately 8 inches in diameter and on the underside reads "Royal Doulton - Strawberry Shortcake - from the Brambly Hedge Recipe Plate Collection – “Strawberries and cream, and sweet crumbly biscuits too. All of the Brambly Hedge mice love this summer treat, sitting in the shade, by the stream, on a summer's afternoon!”. - Jill Barklem 2002”.
This decorative plate has been previously owned but is first quality and in very good condition.
