Wedgwood Blue Jasperware

This prestigious clock was made by Wedgwood in their finest pale blue Jasper, to celebrate the new millennium.

The Wedgwood Millennium Clock was created especially for Danbury Mint.

With its design inspired by Roman architecture of the first millennium and created by the World's greatest ceramic house of the second millennium this landmark Wedgwood issue is destined to become a cherished family heirloom in the new millennium.

Admire the classic shape, the graceful fluted columns and the trail of leaves decorating decorating the base. A wreath encircles the date at the top a motif that is echoed in the elegant side panels. See Aurora, goddess of the dawn her arms outstretched to welcome the new millennium. Radiating from Aurora's oval cameo, a striking sunburst creates a glorious backdrop for the clock's face.

The clock stands approximately 8 3/4 inches tall and measures 5 1/2 inches by 2 1/2 inches. The clock is stamped "Wedgwood Made in England". The clock has a battery quartz movement.

The clock has been previously owned, is first quality, is in full working order and is in very good condition.

Please note that as it is prohibited to send batteries, a battery is not included.
